Terms ofservice

We check how AI assistants (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude and others) answer questions about local businesses like yours, report what we find, and, on plans that include it, make or hand over the fixes that help AI trust and understand your business.

The free AI check is limited to one per email address. It uses a smaller set of questions than our paid plans. While we connect the AI engines, results may be labelled as demo data.

We sell effort and tracking, not a guaranteed top spot. We do not control AI assistants, search engines or review sites, and we do not promise any position, number of mentions, calls or revenue.

AI answers change every time they are asked. We run each question several times and report the average, and we explain this before you sign up. Results usually take 60 to 90 days.

Website changes are delivered as a fix pack. We make them if given access, or your web vendor makes them.

A fix pack is ready-to-paste page text, FAQs and schema code with clear steps. If you give us editor access, we make the changes ourselves. If you keep your web vendor, they make them, and delays on their side are outside our control. We never add content through scripts or a tag manager.

We never share one client's data, prompts, plans or results with another client, and we never use your data to help anyone else. Your reports measure you against rivals and chains, and never include another client of ours. Where we can, a different person manages each account of rival clients.

We help you get named for what you do best. We never use your data to help anyone else.

We may serve other businesses of the same type and area as you, and we tell you up front. We give each client its own lane: questions built around what makes that business different. AI usually names 3 to 5 businesses, so more than one client can be on the list.

New Done for you clients may buy exclusivity: one spot per business type per area, at a higher price. Existing clients keep their contracts when a new client buys exclusivity.

We only ask real customers for reviews. We never write, buy or fake reviews, and you agree not to ask us to. Google bans fake reviews and they can hurt your business. You agree to send review requests only to people who were your customers and who agreed to hear from you.

• Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD), plus applicable tax.
• The audit is $299 one time. It is credited to your first month if you sign up for a monthly plan.
• The free 7-day trial needs no card and does not turn into a paid plan by itself. When it ends, you choose a plan or do nothing.
• Monthly plans are month to month, with no contract. Cancel any time, effective at the end of the month you have paid for.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• The founding price ($399 a month) applies to your first 3 months, in exchange for a written case study you approve. After that the plan continues as Done for you at $799 a month, month to month, unless you change or cancel it.

• Give us accurate information about your business, services and service areas.
• Tell us about your web vendor and whether we can have editor access.
• Help us track results: add “ChatGPT or another AI” to your “How did you hear about us?” question and use the tracking number we give you, if you choose to.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or for the actions of AI assistants, search engines, review sites or your web vendor.

We may update these terms. We will email paying clients about material changes at least 30 days before they apply. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Questions: hello@trynamed.com.
